What we collect

When you contact us, join the mailing list, or send a demo, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and the message or track you send. Demo submissions include the audio file you upload. If you sign in to send a demo, authentication is handled by our provider (Clerk), which processes your email and login details.

How we use it

To reply to you, review demos, send you updates you asked for, and run the label. We do not sell your data. We only email you marketing if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored in our database and, for audio, in secure file storage. We use trusted processors to run the site — hosting, database, file storage, authentication, and email delivery — who process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions and enquiries only as long as needed to consider them and for our records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing. To make a request, contact us via the contact page.
