Terms
The terms for using this site and submitting demos to AMP Records.
Using this site
Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorised access to it. Content on the site is owned by AMP Records or its artists and may not be reused without permission.
Submitting a demo
By submitting a demo you confirm the work is your own (or you have the rights to share it) and that sending it places AMP Records under no obligation to respond, sign, or release it. You keep ownership of your music. You grant us permission to store and internally review your submission for the purpose of considering it. We treat submissions confidentially and do not share them outside the label without your agreement.
No guarantee
We review everything that comes in, but we can't guarantee a reply, a timescale, or any outcome. Nothing on this site is an offer of a contract.
Third-party content
The site embeds players and links from third parties (e.g. Spotify). Their content is subject to their own terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version. [Add governing law / jurisdiction and your legal entity here.]
